Also known as Learning Analytics or Educational Data Mining, consists in the measurement, collection, analysis and reporting of student and context data, in order to understand and optimize learning and the environments in which it occurs.

Spain is not the only country that is making continuous efforts to improve the education system in order to reduce the rate of school failure; other countries experience similar problems.

On April 8, AI HLEG president Pekka Ala-Pietilä presented the main ethical guidelines for the development of reliable Artificial Intelligence.

After 9 months, starting with the establishment of the AI High Level Expert Group (AI HLEG) and the European Alliance, the first important milestone, the establishment of the aforementioned guidelines, is now close to completion.
