Ethical methodology for worker selection through Trustworthy AI, Machine Reading, and non-verbal communication analysis

The objective of the Virtual profiler project is to research and design an ethical methodology for worker selection based on Trustworthy AI (TAI), Machine Reading, and non-verbal communication analysis techniques. This methodology aims to automate, optimize, and support the recruitment and pre-selection processes of candidates for job offers conducted by various companies utilizing these services.
